- 100 Calories On Rower
- 75 Back Squat 95# (later 55#)
- 75 Ring Dips (bands)
- 100 Wall Ball Shots 14#
- 50 Pull Ups (bands)
2 minutes per station until all reps complete
Scaled as needed. -
Strict Press 1RM Workout
Work up to a Strict Press 1 Rep Max.
Then Complete five rounds of:
1 Strict Press.
Max Watts on rower in 3 pulls of the handle.Rest as needed
Finisher: Max "over the bar" you can do in 2 min.
