6 Burpeeta seinän yli hiekkasäkin kanssa
10 vatsaa (jalat penkillä telineiden kanssa siten, että ala-asennossa rinta niin alhaalla kuin liikkuvuus antaa myöten.Skaalaus/pituuden kompensointi burpeissa korokkeilla. Punnerruksissa joko normaalit punnerrukset lattialla tai polvet maassa.
