Passive hang
- Combine 5 minutes of passive hang (e.g. 10x30s.)
It is harder than it looks. Here's an example:

4 sets: 7 Front Squat + 13 Back Squat Strength
4 sets, rest as needed between sets
7 Front Squat + 13 Back Squat AHAFA
Bar from the ground, or use a rack for switching the bar to your neck.
Rest as needed. We will redo this same workout for next 2 weeks. Scale if needed. -

Use ~50% of heavy single and complete for quality:

1 Power snatch
1 hang snatch
1 Sn balance
