3 x 3 Muscle Clean + 3 Strict Press + 3 Close Grip Overhead Squat
50-60%5 x 2 Position Power Clean ( Floor, Mid Thigh) + 2 Push Jerk
65-75%+Split Jerk
Take 10 minutes or 5 singles to build to heavy Split Jerk for the day

Take 85% of that 1 RM and hit for 3 singles.
