    Athlete A perform first complete section 1. After that athlete B. Then moving Part 2.

  • Snatch Balance Strength

    2x3 reps @75-80% and 2x3 reps @80-85% of 1rm
    rest 1-1,5 min bwn

  • Clean and Jerk Strength

    3 rounds of :
    3 reps @ 50-55%
    2 reps @ 60-65%
    1 rep @70-75%
    Hit singles every 8-12 sec, change weights and take breath. Then next lifts.
