EMOM for 25 minutes of:
1:) 2 Skin the cat
2:) Plank hold
3:) 14 Burpees
4:) Reverse plank hold
5:) RestAccessory: 10-20 minutes of stretching/mobility work on one area of body.

PRE WOD Workout
5 sets:
Handstand walk (10m / 1 min)
–Rest 1:00 between sets.
–Advanced athletes should try to complete each set unbroken.
