5 Rounds:
-Kettlebell floor press, max reps (Heavy)
-Supine ring row, max repsRest as needed between rounds.

Shoulder press + weighted pull ups Strength
Shoulder press 5-5-5-5-5
weighted pull ups 5-5-5-5-5
Alternate between shoulder presses an pull ups. First 5 presses then 5 pull ups and so on. -
