Split Jerk technique Workout
Practise the split jerk 20-25min. Go heavy in the end! Beginners don't go heavy in the end.

Partner WODzilla Workout
In pairs, you will alternate 5x50sec (10sec rest for writing up scores and switching places) AMRAPs of these two couplets:
1) 10x Clean @40kg/25kg and 10x Thruster @40/25kg
2) 10x Wall-ball and 10x BurpeeSo both of you will do 5 rounds of each, 10sec rest in between sets - just switch as fast as possible. Write down your reps on the scorecard after each 50sec.
Score: your own total reps (you will have separate scores).
