4 position hang squat snatch.
Hip, above the knee, under the knee, floor.
Work up with weights as long as you reach
70% of 1RM
Then do
EMOM 14
One squat snatch @70% -
Power snatch (2+2) Strength
Snatch work
Snatch Pull + Power snatch (2+2)
Power snatch = start from the ground and catch in a small squat, stand all the way up to finish the movement.
Post three heaviest sets
