You Go, I Go Workout

3 stations:

Battle Rope Big Waves x 15 reps
Slamball Relay (run 2 slamballs to the cone then run them back- one ball at a time)
Lateral Hurdle Jumps x30 (partner holds plank when resting)

*4 minutes at each station. Continuous "you go, I go" until the time is up.
