25 Minute Partner AMRAP:

  • 100 1-Arm Alternating DB Snatch @ 15-35/35-50 lbs.
  • 400 Meter Run
  • 100 DB Goblet Squats @ same DB you used for Snatches
  • 1,000 Meter Row
  • 100 Hand-Release Push-Ups
  • 400 Meter Run
  • 100 Pull-Ups

    • Reps are split evenly and sets are broken up as needed between partners. Only one partner works at a time. Have fun and have a great weekend!
