Today we urge you to listen to your body. You can do anything between strength, metcon, or active recovery workouts. Search a workout from the pre-created workouts by utilizing lists and search filters. You might also create your own workout if you will. It is up to you.
CREATE A NEW WORKOUT FORM
1. Give your workout a name
2. Describe the workout
3. Choose whether you want it to be public or not
4. Is it metcon or strength workout? (If it is a metcon, choose the result type. If it is a strength workout choose a movement and adjust the number of sets and reps.)
5. Finally press the "Create" button and add the workout to your personal journal
