WOD Science Functional Test Workout

EMOM as long as possible:

  1. 12 thrusters
  2. X burpees
  3. 12 thrusters
  4. X burpees
  5. Rest

Thruster starts at 20/15 kg bar. Burpee starts at X=7. After every rest minute, add 2x1.25kg to the bar and increase the burpee amount by 1. Continue until you cannot complete the designated reps within the minute.
