EMOM30 (alternating)
- 8 kb deadlift + 20 m farmers walk + 8 kb deadlift
- russian twist 15-20 reps levypainolla
- partner tire flip 2-6 reps
- Air squat 15-25 reps
- Rest
Note:
Kahvakuulamaastaveto tehdään kahdella kuulalla, RX 2 x 24/16 kg
Russian twist tehdään levypainoilla, RX 15/10 kg Tire flips parettain vuorotellen, jos ei jaksa parina niin kolmas mukaan
