WOD Workout
For 3 cycles:
AMRAP in 3 mins of:
3 Power Snatches, 60/43 kg
6 Lateral burpees over the bar
9 Toes-to-bars
Weight of the barbell should allow for quick singles on the power snatch.
Rest 2 mins between each cycle.
For each cycle restart the AMRAP.
Goal: 3+ rounds
