WOD at MNU #2 Workout

Still in Kansas City...Laura led this WOD and did a great job. My buddies came back and both enjoyed this WOD more than yesterdays.

10 Min AMRAP:

20 KB swings (53lbs)
10 Box jumps
5 Clapping pushups

Result: 4 rounds and 26 reps

8 Rounds of Tabata situps (I maintained 12 each round)
