WOD Workout

Every 4 mins for 16 mins do:
10 Dumbbell Box Step Overs, 22.5/15 kg, 50cm
6 Power Cleans, 80/55 kg or 70% of 1RM
2 Rope Climbs, ( 3 half rope climb)

Remaining time is rest!

You should have at least 1 min rest , unbroken box step overs.
