WOD 110812 (Pushmore) Workout
In 15 minutes, complete as many rounds as possible of:
20 Wall Balls @ 10kg/5kg
15 Knees-to-Elbows
10 Ring Rows
*For Ring Rows, set up with the body parallel to the floor, prop your feet on a box if necessary.
Beginner: Scale movements and load as necessary.
Advanced: Sub KTEs with Toes-to-Bar.
Warm up : 15 Overhead Squat / 8 Handstand / 4 RD / 5 Pullups / 100 Skips
Result: TTB - 3R + 20,3
