then:-
Three rounds for time of:
15 Power Snatches @ 45kg/30kg
15 Wall Balls @ 10kg/5kg
Beginner: Scale movements as necessary.
Advanced: Power Snatches @ 60kg/40kg.
Result:- 30KG BB, 11:58min
