"Wittman" (Hero WOD) Workout

15 Kettlebell Swing (35/53lb)
15 Power Clean (65/95lb)
15 Box Jumps (20/24" Box)

I just went for a steady pace on this one, as I had no idea what to expect. My forearms were blasted, but my box jumps felt really good...I think the squats we've been doing are helping.
