Whatever Workout
WOD:
* 100 Twisting Walking Lunges (10kg/22lbs)
* 100 KB Swings (32kg/70lbs)
* 10 rounds of 20 Back Extensions, 20 Sit Ups
This was not an RX!! :*(
My back hurt so I had to give up after 50 KB Swings and then I completed 8/10 rounds with alternating back extensions and sit ups.
Good workout though
