Really happy with training this week, that was session number 5 out of a possible 6 training days.
Stepped it right up.

200m Prowler @ 40kg
50 Tyre Flips (working together)
50 Bear Crawls across the gym (approx 10m) two lengths then switch
50 Burpees (10 at a time, relay)
50 Rope Climb (from laying on the ground, to touch wall, 10 at a time, relay)
50 Box Jump (10 at a time, relay)
50 Pull Ups (10 at a time, relay)
50 Overhead Lunge (knee to ground) @ 20kg (10 at a time, relay)
50 Knees to Elbow (10 at a time, relay)
200m Prowler @ 40kg
