- 10 Inch worms (Slow and controlled)
- 10 Pull aparts w. small rubber band (Slow and controlled)
- 10 Pull aparts w. small rubber band over head (Slow and controlled)
- 10 Pull aparts w. small rubber band behind back (Slow and controlled)
- 10 m bear crawl
