*first partner completes 1 rep of every movement then the second partner will complete 1 rep of every movement. Increase 1 rep each time both partners complete a round. So when the second partner has done 1 rep of everything then the first partner will do 2 reps of everything.
**after both partners complete their round they must both run 3 laps around the gym before beginning the next set.
