Sit ups
Partner 1 holds plank while partner 2 completes entire WOD, then you switch.

Push Press/Burpee Ladder
1st minute 1 Push Press (55lbs), 1 burpee. 2nd minute 2 Push Press, 2 burpees, etc.

WOD 3:
6 Rounds for Time (partners alternate rounds)
5 Power Cleans (55lbs)
10 Pull ups (blue band kipping)
