Twisted 20 Workout

“Twisted 20” with partner, for time:

20 Sit-ups OR Good-mornings 45lbs/30lbs
20 Thrusters 65lbs/45lbs or WB 20lbs/14lbs
20 SDLHP 45lbs/30lbs or 200m Row
20 KB swings 1.5pd/1.0pd or Star-jumps

*Each do one of the exercises; both move on once the first person completes their exercise… switch exercises for next round
