For time:
200 double unders
20 Ring / Bar MU or Burpee C2B Pull ups
rest 1:1
150 air squats
10 rope climbs

you can perform those reps anyhow. For example 10 rounds of 20 du + 2 mu/burpee mu's
and 5 rounds 30 air squats + 2 rope climbs
time target on each metcon is 6-8 minutes, cap 10 minutes.
Score is total time of both parts.
