Bench Press - Build to a heavy set of 5 RPE 8
Using the table below, calculate your E1RM

From your E1RM use the table again to calculate what your heavy set of 7 at RPE 9 should be, perform just one back off set
Giant Set
3 rounds
10 Bulgarian split squats each leg
Submax pushups or ring dips**
Submax pullups or rows**
10 seated good mornings
**avoid failure on the first 2 rounds, go all out on round 3
