2.Applied weightlifting
A. (Squat) snatch – AMRAP (as many repetitions as possible) in 5 minutes @ 70% 1RM

B. (Squat) clean and jerk – AMRAP (as many repetitions as possible) in 5 minutes @ 70% 1RM
