3 rounds with 3 min rest in between rounds:
- 3 min AMRAP of 7 back squats (pick weight) and 7 burpees
- 3 min AMRAP of 5 back squats + 5 burpees
- 3 min AMRAP of 3 back squats + 3 burpees
Abolutely no failing on the squats!!!
