20 glute bridges

then some squat mobility and start workout sets

Strenght (25 min)
Back Squat 2x10 and 3x5 reps, build to heavy 5 rep set
rest 2-3 min bwn sets
Bulgarian Split Squat 3x8+8 reps, build in weights
rest 2 min bwn sets

Accessory Work
3 sets
10 romanian deadlifts, build in weights
10 weighted abmat sit ups
10-20 alt leg v-ups
alt time full round with partner
