then some mobility and barbell prep for snatch
Weightlifting
3x3 power or squat snatch
3x2 power or squat snatch
3x1 power or squat snatch
rest 1-2 min bwn sets
Strenght
Sledge Push 1x40m + 2x20m + 2x10m , build in weights
rest 2-3 min bwn sets
