5 rounds for reps:

15s Thruster 60/40kg
45s Rest
15s Pull-ups (RX is 20kg weighted- use kettlebell around foot if you can, scale to strict or ring rows) I want a minimum of 5 reps here, if unable to do 5 then scale back resistance)
45s Rest
15s Burpees
45s Rest
