So let's see... First I ripped my hand open practicing CTB's per-WOD and then I sublexed my shoulder mid-WOD. Solid day, yes?
Strength:
10-10-10 strict press 83 lbs
20 consecutive back squat (83 lbs)
WOD:
10-8-6-4-2
Thrusters (83 lbs)
CTB (subbed it with strict pull ups because of ripped hand)
Endurance:
10-20-30-20-10
Double unders
