The Seven Workout

Seven rounds for time of: -> scaled to 5 rounds
7 Handstand push-ups

135 pound Thruster, 7 reps -> scaled to 95 lbs
7 Knees to elbows
245 pound Deadlift, 7 reps -> scaled to 205 lbs
7 Burpees
7 Kettlebell swings, 2 pood -> 55 lbs dumbbell swings
7 Pull-ups

Scaled to the "Pack" on brandx scaled workouts. Very hard work out at only 5 rounds. Grip was an issue. Probably one of the most taxing workouts I've done. Did most of the exercises unbroken except for the 4th round of HSPU, but took breaks between exercises.
