7 x handstand pushup or scaling option (I did scaling option) from pushup position walk up wall backwards keeping hands on the ground
7 x thruster @ 50kg,50kg,40kg,40kg

7 x kettlebells @ 24kg,24kg,16kg,16kg
7 x pullups kipping,jumping,jumping,jumping

  • I thought I did 5 rounds but when I think back, maybe I only did 4, I'm not 100% sure I had to stop and get on the baseball to relieve the tension in my glutes and lower back.
