7 Squat Clean (75/52,5kg)
7 STOH
7 Burpee C2B
Rest 2min between rounds
RPE 4
Target <2min working time each round. Fast singles with the cleans, and unbroken STOH
Push these intervals hard.
Tailoring Options:
Barbell work→ Decrease loading
Burpee C2B→ Burpee Pull-Up
