30 Pull Ups (i did ring rows)
40 Wall Ball Shots (14lb ball)
50 Push Ups
60 Kettlebell Swings (Russian, Not Overhead) (35lb KB, only made it to 15 swings)
70 Double Unders
80 Russian Lunges
