The Crunch Workout

5x3 Bench Press (145lbs)

WOD:
3 Rounds, 3 minutes per round
1 minute rest between rounds

25 Burpees
Max rep OH Squats (11, 10, 9)

This one was tough. Used a 45lb bar on the OH squats. I can feel the scar tissue in my shoulder crunching as I get more mobile/stronger. Love it!
