The Chipper Workout
Pre-WOD: Thruster Max
WOD: For Time (20 minute cap)
- 20 Calorie Row
- 30 Burpee
- 40 Ground to Overhead (95/45)
- 50 Toes to Bar
- 100 feet of Weighted Lunges(45)
- 150 foot Run
So I didn't make it all the way through :(....boo! I used a 45 lb bar for the ground to overhead and made it through 39 toes to bar. My hands were starting to tear again so I was trying to be slow/careful. Definitely got a good workout though!
