Circular warm-up
Slow jog, high knees, butt kicks, Body weight squats x 8, row x 8, push-up x 5 and repeat x 3 rounds.
TFW HURRIKAANI 'Energy' CIRCUIT
1. Battle ropes
2. Sled
3. MB Russian twist (6kg, 8kg, final round 8kg to 6kg)
4. Ladder
5. KB Swing (max weight: 12kg for all 3 rounds)
x 3 ROUNDS, 1 min each station
- 1 bonus round of 30 secs each station
