1) Chest to bar practice for 12min (butterfly or kipping)

SNATCH

2) Every 90s x4
- 1 snatch pull + 1 hang power snatch + 1 snatch balance

3) Every 90s x4
- 1 high hang power snatch + 3 overhead squats

4) Every 90s x4
- 1 snatch pull + 2 low hang squat snatch

5) Every 60s x4
- 1 squat snatch with 2s pause below the knee and
2s pause in the catch
