A. Kipping (Pull Up), Butterfly Pull Up, Muscle Up

B. Jumps and sprints x 6 ( 2min rest between sets )

C. GHD Sit Ups 10-15 and/or
Ab Twists 15-20 and/or
Strict Toes To Bar 10-15 and or
Hoover 1min

Choose 2-4 movements and do 3 rounds for quality
