Teams of three persons. 20min AMRAP:
Each team has two bars loaded as wished. Team rows as many calories as possible. Each team member performs 30 ground to overhead, two can do GTO's and one is rowing. Every member must also run 800m during this 20 minutes. Teams result: calories+kilograms lifted overhead.
