Run 200m
Push-ups
Med ball cleans

One person runs, one person does push-ups and the other doors med ball cleans. And rotate when the runner gets back.
Keep track of total # of push-ups and total # of med ball cleans. Add up at end.

Push-ups= 280, med ball cleans= 252. Total= 532
