First, we did this (as a team, switching on and off):
200 Double Unders
5 Rope Climbs

After the DUs and rope climbs were done, we moved into an AMRAP:
10 Toes to Bar
6 Burpees
28 American Kettle Bell Swings (52 LBs)
^Flutter Kicks

^While one partner was working the AMRAP exercises, the other was on the floor doing the Flutter Kicks.
