WOD:
-50 Box Jumps (did Step Ups)
-40 KB Swings(53/35) (Did #25)
-30 Burpees
-20 Front Squat(95/65) (Did #45)
-10 Man Makers (35/25) (Did #15)

Went lighter on the weights to make sure my shoulder could handle it. Did pretty well!!
