Cal Row
- After rowing 30 DU

Then

AMRAP 20:
Cal Ski
- After skiing 200m Run

Then

AMRAP 20:
Cal AB
- After biking 10 Burpees

  • Each team has one Erg and they can switch the athlete when ever they want to.
