Test 1 - “Pull”
2 MAX EFFORT attempts/ Rest 2-3 minutes between attempts
3 Levels:
Beginner - Hang for time
Intermediate - Chin over the bar hold for time
Advance - Strict pull ups
Test 2 - “L-Sit”
2 MAX EFFORT attempts/ Rest 2-3 minutes between attempts
3 Levels:
Beginners - Hanging from Rig
Intermediate - Tucked (use boxes)
Advanced - To full support with KBs or parallettes
