8 x 20s on / 10s off for 4 rounds, alternate between the two movements. Rest 1-2min between stations.
a) hollow hold & plate russian twist
b) bb bicep curl & plate tricep extension behind head
c) jumping lunge & alt. cossack squat (kb in goblet hold if needed)
d) double db lateral raise & rear delt flies
Treenin flow: Tee ensimmäisessä tabatassa 8x20s on - 10s off vuorotellen A:n molempia liikkeitä. Näiden jälkeen 1-2min lepo, jonka jälkeen B:ssä sama homma jne.
